Real estate crowdlending in Chile

Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investment in construction and urban development projects. It consists of pooling capital with other people to take part in real estate projects that, individually, would be hard to reach.

Through a digital platform, many investors contribute funds that are allocated to a specific project. Once construction is completed and the targets are met, the gains are distributed proportionally among all participants.
